Skill Karnataka has initiated a refund policy to ensure fair and transparent processing of payments for refunds made through our portal erroneously. Skill Karnataka requests all students to exercise due care and diligence while making payments. Skill Karnataka may also request additional documents or information, and students are expected to co-operate in this regard.
Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the payment date.
Any requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
Once the refund request is approved, The Refunded Amount will be processed and credited within 2 Days to the original mode of payment.
However, Skill Karnataka is not obliged to process refunds and may, at its discretion, decline any refund requests, particularly if a tax exemption certificate has been issued.
